Our Board of Directors
Raised in York pa, Tino Conquest was brought up in a family who always put service first. The belief that strengthening the people of the community further strengthens the foundation of the community has been a driving factor in his commitment. Over the past 10 years Mr. Conquest has served on or has played an advisory position for several non profit organizations and community initiatives. Currently the President of Boys Club of York, Mr. Conquest was honored when asked to be a part of Friends & Neighbors for their commitment to strengthening the people!
Tino Conquest
Ed is a Finance and Accounting professional with 15 years of industry experience. He studied at York College where he received his MBA. He spent the majority of his career working for Voith Hydro in a variety of Controlling roles here in York, as well as short-term assignments in Germany and China. He is currently the Controller for Sauers Snow & Ice Management in Warminster, PA. Ed enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, their son James, and their twins Isaiah and Isabella. He has served as the Treasurer for Friends & Neighbors since early 2022.
Ed Crumbock
Pastor Joel Folkemer serves Union Evangelical Lutheran Church with a special focus of working with the people of Union, community leaders, organizations, and its neighbors to grow in our faith, reach new people, and love our neighbors as ourselves. Pastor Folkemer is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he received a Bachelors of Arts in Human Communication Studies. A 2011 graduate of The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg, Pastor Folkemer served for three years, prior to his call to Union Lutheran Church, as the pastor of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mechanicsburg, PA. Pastor Folkemer and his wife, Ashlee, have two children. He enjoys helping to coach his son’s baseball and basketball teams, as well as supporting his daughter in her Irish Step Dancing competitions and performances. Although from Gettysburg, PA, he has many family connections with York. Many of Pastor Folkemer’s relatives live in York County, his father grew up in York and his grandfather, the Rev. Gordon Folkemer, served as pastor of St. Matthew Lutheran Church for 40 years.
Joel Folkemer
Natasha has over 10 years of Non-Profit and Ministry experience in York County, with 7 years of experience working in affordable housing. Prior to her work in York, Natasha was a volunteer missionary through Mission Corps. Natasha thrives on giving back, connecting with others and building relationships throughout the York Community. Natasha, her husband, their two boys and their red border collie love hiking, fishing, and being on the water.
Natasha Kukorlo
Tiffany (“Miss Tiff”) is currently the Project Manager for York’s Group Violence Intervention (GVI) initiative. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology and special education. Miss Tiff’s impact is felt each day throughout the city. She manages to interrupt violence, restore hope, and give voice to those who are hurting. Tiff is unwaveringly dedicated to seeing more graduations and less funerals, doing whatever it takes to keep kids alive and show them they have something to live for.

Wanda Miller
Mark is the co-founder of Friends & Neighbors and one of its volunteers. A technology and business professional, he is Director, Innovation & Technology – North America for Voith Group. Mark is currently serving as Board Secretary for Friends & Neighbors.
Mark Shearer
Sue and her husband, Kirby, moved to York City in 1976. Sue retired in 2010 after teaching 38 years in the Central York School District. She continues to support city businesses and organizations and proudly supports the Friends & Neighbors Outreach Team.
Sue Sheffer
Jodi is a Licensed Social Worker, currently working as a Certified School Social Worker in southern York County. Jodi is determined and passionate about helping the youth & families of York County. Jodi feels most recharged after spending a long weekend outside with her family.
Jodi Smith
Becky has worked in the York County community for over 24 years and has experience in both the child welfare and health care systems. For the last 7 years, she has served as the Program Manager for Caring Together at Family First Health. Caring Together provides medical and social service care for people living with HIV/AIDS in York and Adams counties. She is passionate about helping others; providing access to services and resources and also fostering community relationships. She is honored with the opportunity to serve as a board member with Friends & Neighbors of Pennsylvania and looks forward to not only contributing her skills and experience but also learning from others to build a better community for those experiencing homelessness. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, biking and taking walks. She also serves as an executive board member for the Northeastern Baseball Booster Club.
